Recruitment Flow Details

First, fill out the form at s.agate.id/career. We will ask you about your identity and educational background at this stage. Be sure to have your CV and portfolio ready!

Our recruitment team will assess your application and will be informing you about the status of your application in 10 working days. Be sure to check your email regularly! If you have yet to hear from us within this period, please consider your application automatically rejected.

If you pass the screening phase, we will invite you to do a technical and personality assessment. We will ask you to do several tasks to measure your technical expertise, personality, and potential. The peers and leads of the applied role will be reviewing your answers. The review will take about 7 working days.

If you pass the technical test, we’ll invite you to an HR Interview. At this stage, we’d like to get to know more about you. Tell us about yourself and let us know about your career goals. Afterward, we’ll be in touch in 10 working days to give you an update.

If you pass the HR Interview, we’ll send you an invitation to the User Interview. In this stage, you will be discussing role-specific stuff with your potential lead and teammates. After that, we'll contact you within 10 working days with an update.

Once you finish all the stages, we will review your results. If you reach this stage, congrats! It means we're excited to have you on our crew, and we’ll be discussing the terms of employment with you shortly.

After both sides agree on the offering, we will invite you to “Registration Day.” On Registration Day, you will get a brief explanation about our policies and sign the employment contract. In this final stage, you’re officially a part of the team!

After you finish filling the form, our team will assess your application form. If you pass the screening phase, then you will advance to the next stage.

If you pass the screening phase, our team will either give a technical test or invite you to do an online test or even both! This phase is pretty important so make sure you check your email regularly! After you finish and submit the test, our team will review it. The review process takes +/- 1 week.

If you pass the test, we’ll send you an invitation to the HR Interview. Here we mainly discuss yourself and your general experiences.

After you finish the HR Interview, we will send you an email for an online Psychotest. Because this is an online test, you only need your device, internet connection, and your spare time to do all of the tests (+/- 3 hours). You need to do the Psychotest in 3 days after the email was sent.

In +/- 2 weeks, you’ll get an update about your recruitment status. If you pass the HR Interview, we’ll send you an invitation to the User Interview. In this interview, we mainly focus on your technical skills and your related experiences with the role you are applying to.

Once you finished all of the stages or phases, we will review all your recruitment processes. If we decide to hire you, there will be an Offering Letter sent via email about the terms and conditions also the detail about what you might expect while working with us.

If you agree with what we offer, we will invite you to “Registration Day”. There you will sign the contract and also get a brief explanation about our policies.

Once you sign your contract, you are now officially one of our team or crew! Congratulations!
