Well-being Checkup
We regularly assess our crew's well-being by sending them surveys and conducting routine check-ups. Through our surveys, our crew will identify six key aspects that would determine their overall well-being.

Team Building Program
The importance and main purpose of team building are to create a strong team through forming bonds and connections.
We embrace crew to do team-building events with their team. They can use Agate HQ rooms/spots to throw team-building events – or hang out somewhere outside the office with their team is okay too! (online or offline).
PS: We also allocate a special budget to our crew to do the team-building program
Team Building Program
The main purpose of team building is to create a strong team by fostering bonds and connections. We encourage our crew to organize team-building events with their team, whether they choose to use Agate HQ rooms and facilities or venture outside the office. These events can be held either online or offline.
In addition, we allocate a special budget to our crew to fund their team-building programs.
Internal Events
Internal events allow our crews to take a break and connect with colleagues from different divisions and departments. Being part of an engaging community gives us a sense of belonging, establishes personal connections, and supports our growth as individuals and as a team.
To promote the well-being of our crew during the ongoing pandemic, Agate organizes events that bring us together, such as live-streaming ceremonies and online parties.

Internal event means it’s time to take a breath with and meet our crew across divisions/departments! Being part of an engaging community gives us a sense of belonging. It enables us to share personal relatedness and support the growth of each other, ourselves, and our environment.
To boost our crew’s wellbeing during this pandemic situation, Agate tries to build a sense of community by throwing events to our crew by doing a live streaming ceremony-or-online party to all crew.
We also use our internal product, Levio, to play a real-time quiz with our 200++ crews at the same time!
