The Publishing Department manages an end-to-end game operation—including live operations, growth marketing, and creative productions. Our team continuously strives to make an epic journey for the customers and clients. To ensure our games are both fun to play and sustainable, we have a dedicated team of creative individuals with extensive capabilities. We also provide a range of creative services to support both internal and external clients.
In the Publishing Department, we manage multiple game operations, from the pre-development stage to the live operations stage. Also, we are doing growth marketing, community management, and customer success to ensure our players are happy. Aside from those, we offer creative production services—copywriting, graphic design, web design, videography, and motion graphics—to ensure our interactions with our players are enjoyable.
With the constant change in the game industry, we need to adapt to keep up with the newest trends in the market. Riding those waves of change allows us to be more agile and dynamic to provide the utmost service to our clients and all stakeholders.
Aligning with our core principle to level up, we provide personal development plans with various career pathways—inside and outside the department—for our crews. Also, our leaders are personally in touch with each team member, allowing them to express their thoughts and chart their growth directly with the leaders.
