Creating the finishing touches for all of Agate’s products, the Art Department supplied all the visual assets needed to create amazing products. Our team of talented artists created everything from interface, character designs, 2D and 3D environmental designs, to posters and thumbnails. They are required to have a strong vision and ideas, accompanied by the ability to bring those ideas to life.
In the Art Department, we manage various initiatives, programs, and policies to support artists according to their capabilities and aspirations, while meeting the needs of every product and project. Aiming to build the most versatile art team in the game industry, we provide art gathering programs, personal development plan, clear career path, and research programs.
