IT Support Intern

Responsibilities Assist in verifying and updating the IT database by cross-referencing physical assets and ensuring data accuracy. Update records, correct inaccuracies, and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets. Resolve low-priority tickets in the IT ticketing system, including basic troubleshooting, software installations, and user support. Conduct routine maintenance tasks to reduce the backlog of low-priority IT tickets and enhance the IT team’s efficiency. Help in identifying and filtering unused or obsolete IT devices for proper documentation and potential decommissioning. Requirements Willing to fully WFO in Agate HQ (Mon-Fri). Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong interest in IT asset management and technical support Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including databases, software, and hardware components. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward resolving technical issues. DevOps Intern

Responsibilities Learn and independently replicate a centralized CI/CD template for internal development needs. Assist in grouping and cleaning user data exported from various cloud sources. Support the DevOps team with technical tasks, including pipeline documentation, user data management, and basic automation. Collaborate with the DevOps Lead and IT Team in reviewing and validating technical work results. Help prepare technical reports, documentation, and a summary of outcomes at the end of each phase or milestone. Perform basic troubleshooting of DevOps tools and provide feedback on existing workflows. Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Computer Systems, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related fields. Understanding of basic DevOps concepts and interest in cloud technologies and system automation. Familiar with Git tools (GitHub/GitLab) and comfortable working with YAML, bash/shell, or Python. Strong logic and data comprehension skills, especially in data processing and cleaning. Demonstrates independence and proactivity in a fully remote setting, with willingness to attend onsite when necessary. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of producing clean technical documentation. Plus points for experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, Docker, or monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus). What you get Paid internship fee.
