The Agate Academy Operations Intern will support the academy’s daily operations, particularly operational processes related to assisting visits from educational institutions and contacting prospective program participants. This role prioritizes strong communication skills, public speaking ability, hospitality, and organized documentation management. This position is ideal for candidates who are communicative, detail-oriented, and interested in the game industry and education. Responsibilities Assist in pre-arrival communication with visiting institutions and maintain accurate records and data on visits Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner Conduct company tours in engaging Bahasa Indonesia tailored to the audience (proficiency in English communication is a plus) Deliver clear and informative company introduction presentations during visit sessions Document visit activities through photos and videos for internal and promotional use Support video production initiatives and actively participate in the content creation process Assist in distributing program information, announcements, and outreach campaigns Support the implementation of academy programs, workshops, and events. Freelance Full-Stack Programmer — Automation & Intelligent Systems

Agate is looking for a Full-Stack Programmer to join our engineering team and work on intelligent systems, automation tools, and next-generation content pipelines. If you love building practical tools that make entire teams more productive — and you’re comfortable working across the full stack to ship them — this role is for you. About the RoleYou’ll work directly with the CTO to identify opportunities for automation across the studio — then build and ship the solutions yourself. From the gaming team to operations to back office, you’ll deploy intelligent agents, create easy-to-use interfaces, and build internal tools that put powerful automation in everyone’s hands. Think chat-based tools, automated pipelines, and internal apps — built end-to-end by you, from backend logic to frontend experience to production deployment. You’ll also explore the latest automation technologies in the game development space, prototype new ideas, and demo them to the studio.
