Responsibilities Assist with pre-arrival communication and visitor data recording Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Conduct engaging company tours in Bahasa Indonesia, tailored to the audience. Proficiency in English is a plus Deliver company introduction presentations during visit sessions Document visit activities (photo/video) Assist in creating video content Support information blasts for programs Help manage and engage the Agate Academy Discord community Requirements Strong public speaking skills Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written Demonstrates a positive attitude and professionalism Highly initiative-driven and detail-oriented Able to use and manage files using standard cloud storage tools such as Google Drive and OneDrive Experienced with Discord platform Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to organize data in a neat, systematic, and well-structured manner, including proper file naming and folder organization Able to take photos and videos properly using a phone or camera Willing to fully work from the office (WFO) in Agate HQ Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months Involved in academy programs and/or events (work hours will be adjusted or replaced if events take place on weekends or outside regular working hours) Pluses Experience or knowledge in hospitality or customer service Basic editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar platforms Organizational or event management experience Has an interest in games or game development What you get Paid internship fee. Executive Assistant

About the Role The Executive Assistant acts as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth business rhythm, clear communication, and effective coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is critical in managing priorities, facilitating alignment, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive the company forward. Key Responsibilities Executive Operations & Administrative Coordination Support the CEO in managing cross-divisional priorities and follow-ups on key business initiatives, as well as support and monitor day-to-day business operations to ensure efficient business processes. Plan, schedule, and document company-wide alignment meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Track initiatives, operational signals, and KPI/OKR progress; highlight blockers or risks. Prepare executive reports and dashboards for leadership review, including annual report coordination with relevant teams. Manage operational and logistical needs for CEO activities, such as travel arrangements, guest visits, and board meetings. Coordinate company-wide events such as townhalls, annual reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Handle ad hoc requests or special projects from the CEO. Communication & Stakeholder Liaison Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timely follow-up. Manage internal announcements and coordinate with relevant teams for press releases or company updates. Handle inquiries from media, government, or partners professionally and promptly. Support CEO’s thought leadership initiatives (e.g., award submissions, speaker engagements, public appearances). Ensure all official communication channels are managed and responded to accordingly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with high ambition are welcome). Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken). Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment. Proactive, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information. Confident and professional in managing internal and external interactions. Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset. Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or similar). Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
