Game Tester Intern

The Full Development Cycle (FSKU) is Agate’s division that provides complete, end-to-end game development services from ideation and design to production. As a Game Tester Intern, you’ll test games, report bugs, and work with developers and Quality Assurance leads to keep every release stable, polished, and ready for players. Responsibilities Execute functional and non-functional tests based on the project needs. Run test cases and test scenarios. Document and report bugs/issues clearly. Collaborate with QA Lead and developers to ensure product quality. Provide feedback and contribute ideas for improving testing processes and the product. Requirements Strong attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for playing games. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Able to adapt quickly and learn new tools or techniques. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently. Passion for gaming and attention to detail. 3D Artist Intern

Responsibilities Assist in creating 3D game-ready assets: work on High Poly model, Low Poly model, UV map, and Texture set. Deliver work on time and according to schedule. Digest direction, participate and engage with another team member to stay current on the scope and understanding of the project. Multitask effectively, prioritize competing demands and follow through on details. Requirements Familiarity with 3D digital content creation software (Blender, ZBrush, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.). You need to adapt to ZBrush and Blender for the production pipeline in Agate. Able to create good quality 3D models for the characters, their equipments, props, etc. Able to digest and break down 3D model execution from concept art and lead/chief/director’s direction. Able to create good quality textures using software like Substance Painter. A proactive communicator, willing to give and receive constructive feedback. Entry-level familiarity with 3D art in the context of game development is preferable. Prior involvement in academic or personal 3D projects is a plus. Porting Programmer Intern

Responsibilities Implement, build, and test console (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch) features. Maintain and improve cross-platform compatibility. Help identify and resolve found issues. Collaborate with the lead developer to ensure good quality. Documentation process or any insights. This position requires working under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). All confidential information must be safeguarded and not disclosed without prior authorization. Requirements Fundamentals of Unity Engine (Unreal Engine & C++ is a plus). Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Good English reading and writing skills. Project Manager Intern

Responsibilities Assist in facilitating daily huddles (prepare agenda, take notes, follow up). Schedule internal and external meetings as needed. Support preparation for internal activities (team building, sharing sessions, etc.). Help with light documentation (meeting recaps, progress updates). Provide administrative support to the Producer, allowing the team to focus on their main deliverables. Requirements Current university student or fresh graduate. Interested in project management or game production. Familiar with basic tools (Teams, Notion, Jira, or Asana is a plus). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Studio Operations Intern

Responsibilities Assist in monitoring and improving operational workflows and documenting standard procedures (SOPs). Help maintain schedules, manage resources and assets, and coordinate with teams for smooth communication and task allocation. Support the preparation and organization of reports, operational documents, and financial processes like purchase orders and invoices. Work closely with teams to support ongoing projects, meetings, and events, providing ad-hoc assistance as needed. Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Work closely with supervisors and Studio Directors to make optimal decisions. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Genuine interest in learning about and contributing to operational management, with a strong desire to grow within the team. Strong organizational, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. Strong or intermediate proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel). Excellent written and spoken English with clear and effective communication skills. Responsibilities Actively participate in reviewing process for any requirements and designs. Execute tests ranging from functional & non-functional evaluations to compliance checks. Technical Artist Intern

Responsibilities Support the art team in implementing and optimizing assets in the game engine. Assist in creating or improving tools that speed up art production workflows. Help troubleshoot technical issues between art and programming. Document processes and tools for team reference. Learn and adapt to the studio’s art pipeline and standards. Requirements Basic understanding of Unreal Engine. Familiarity with 3D Asset workflows (modeling, texturing, importing). Scripting or programming language knowledge (Python, C#, C++, Blueprint, etc.). Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work in a team.
