Objective

With the onset of the pandemic, we aim to help our clients overcome the restrictive pandemic rules of social distancing and other communicational barriers by providing a fully customizable virtual venue that suits their needs.

Ideation
Venhall team was created to come up with a solution to overcome business hurdles due to the outbreak of COVID-19 especially in virtual event segments.
Pre-Production
In collaboration with Krista Exhibition, Venhall team did a user interview with the Event Organizer, the business owner, research and benchmarking to available solution at that time, create a user flow, list of features and prototype.
Production
It takes 3-6 weeks to build 1 feature. Iteration of feedback, improvement, and user testing are used in each feature development using unity, unreal engine, Babylon, Blender and etc.
Launch
After a year and half, Venhall are ready to be used in its first ever virtual event, Eastfood Expo, in 2020. Venhall keep improving its feature and currently has 4 type of halls, dark mode, 4 types of exhibition booth, video call feature, 2 view types of lobby and many more.
