Objective

Create a F2P Web3 game with play-to-earn opportunities by integrate gaming experience with blockchain social platforms, which include: 

  • Minigames for casual players. 
  • Invest in the Web3 social hub platform through land ownership in the social hub space. 
  • Design virtual spaces for social interactions. These spaces can host diverse activities, such as facilitating interactions between cryptocurrency buyers and owners through exhibitions showcasing new crypto projects. 

Challenge & Solution

Challenge

Optimize the integration of casual gaming experiences with the blockchain-based social platform for the designated target audience, such as building virtual environments suitable for casual social interactions and holding press conferences. Also, the project must seamlessly integrate into Web3 project communication channels. 

 

Solution

  • Perform thorough market research to select the most suitable social platform for integration, focusing on platforms well-known for both gaming and blockchain-related engagements. 
  • Implement A/B testing to identify the most appropriate games for individuals who prefer casual gaming or aim to earn rewards while enjoying themselves, and apply the findings during the development phase. 
  • Receive advice and insights from one of Twitch’s Directors during development.

Courses

Each student will have different strengths and weaknesses, and players can decide what kind of heroes they’ll become by assigning them in courses that they’re most likely to excel in.

Political FAvors

Players need to balance the academy’s relationship with Valthiria’s numerous factions, immersing themselves into the deep history of conflict, alliances, and power struggles. Through the Political features, players will have to juggle favors along with the ensuing reactions without tipping the balance of power for one faction over the other.

Student Personality

Each student will have different personalities, with different ways to handle them. The players will then receive different outcomes based on how they treat their students.

Result

The team successfully created playable Proof of Concept within 2.5 months and a playable demo afterward with a strong visual identity and received positive responses: 

  • Highest CTR reach 23% with an average CTR 5% for the smoke test result. 
  • Received 120 email subscriptions from 15,000 unique link clicks.
