Project Manager Intern

As a Project Manager Intern, you will support the production and development teams by helping to manage timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.


Responsibilities

  • Assisting in creating and updating project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
  • Attending and documenting meetings (MoM, task assignments, status updates).
  • Helping track task progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Communicating with cross-functional gangs (design, development, QA) to follow up on blockers and dependencies.
  • Supporting the Producer/Project Manager in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Assisting with documentation, including risk logs, issue trackers, and feature summaries.
  • Learning and applying project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Game Development, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable or eager to learn project management tools (Notion).
  • Interest in game development, technology, or digital product management.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented; willing to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid environment in Bandung (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH).
