The Business Development role acts as a bridge between external market opportunities and internal capabilities, with a focus on identifying new revenue streams and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
- Identify, explore, and develop new business prospects through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Plan and execute business development strategies, including product or service diversification and customer retention initiatives.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead or support contract negotiations and ensure agreements are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product) to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
- Drive innovation in products and services to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the market.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Able to adapt quickly to new situations and comfortable with multitasking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly curious, open-minded, and eager to learn new things.
- Willing to take on challenges, explore new ideas, and work collaboratively in a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong interest in sales and digital marketing.
