Account Executive – Seruni

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
Support in developing strategies and understanding client needs related to creative and digital marketing.
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure that projects are delivered according to timelines and expectations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and performance reports for clients.
Identify and develop new leads to support business growth.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
Able to adapt quickly to new situations and comfortable with multitasking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly curious, open-minded, and eager to learn new things.
Willing to take on challenges, explore new ideas, and work collaboratively in a team.
Results-oriented with a strong interest in sales and digital marketing.

Nice to Have (Plus Points)
Experience in organizations, events, or community activities.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, CRM, etc.).
Possess relevant networks or professional connections.
