Responsibilities Actively participate in reviewing process for any requirements and designs. Execute tests ranging from functional & non-functional evaluations to compliance checks. Communicate and collaborate with developers to ensure product quality meets acceptable standards. Generate insightful reports to communicate findings. Assist the QA lead in organizing tests to ensure effective coverage. Requirements Willing to Work from the Office (WFO) in Agate HQ. Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and software/game testing methodologies. Good communication skills and able to work in a team. Good English reading and writing skills. Speaking skills are a plus. Proficient in documentation, ensuring comprehensive and accurate reporting of testing processes and results. Passion for gaming and attention to detail. Quickly grasp new concepts and techniques. Proactive, self-motivated, ownership attitude for the project. Able to manage time & task wisely. Pluses Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience in game development, quality assurance, or testing within the gaming industry. Wide-ranging game knowledge. Familiarity with debugging tools. Basic coding/scripting skills. Quality Assurance

Requirements 6 months of experience as a Quality Assurance in gaming or software industry. Basic knowledge in quality assurance principles and software/game testing methodologies. Good English reading and writing skills. Speaking skills are a plus. Proficient in documentation, ensuring comprehensive and accurate reporting of testing processes and results. Strong passion for gaming and attention to detail. Familiarity with game platforms and game genres. Strong communication skills. Associate Game Producer
Responsibilities Coordinate the development team that consists of different disciplines: technical, game design, art, QA, etc. Ensure the game is delivered within the budget, schedule, and the agreed-upon level of quality. Create and maintain reports and/or other documents necessary to develop the game (e.g., backlog, bug reports, etc.). Maintain healthy teamwork and communication. Assist other departments (talent, marketing, business, etc.) with development-related tasks. Act as a liaison, ensuring effective coordination and communication with clients regarding project progress, requirements, and updates. Requirements Passion for gaming and strong knowledge of games and the game industry. Experience in project management in the digital industry (software, game, animation, or comic), conventional industry (event organizer, contractor), or other organizations (NGO, academic). Understanding of how a game is made and the ability to identify what needs to happen and when. Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in both Indonesian and English. Ability to prioritize tasks based on their impact on the game’s development. Works well under pressure or within tight schedules.
