Responsibilities Create high-quality game-ready 2D assets, including illustrations, UI elements, icons, avatars, animations, and 2D visual effects. Produce concept sketches, asset variations, and final artwork based on project requirements and art direction. Collaborate closely with Art Leads, Game Designers, Producers, and Developers to ensure assets meet both artistic and technical requirements. Maintain consistency with the project’s visual style, quality standards, and production guidelines. Support asset implementation, optimization, and integration for various game platforms when required. Prepare and maintain Art Design Documentation, including asset specifications and production references when assets and related project components are finalized and completed. Organize, maintain, and submit production-ready assets following the team’s asset management and file organization standards.Participate in art reviews, project meetings, sprint planning, progress updates, and other production activities to ensure effective team collaboration. Provide constructive feedback and contribute ideas to improve visual quality, workflows, and production efficiency. Assist in maintaining and improving 2D art production pipelines and documentation. Support the creation of visual materials, prototypes, or pre-sales assets when required. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in game art production. Manage assigned tasks effectively and ensure deliverables meet quality expectations, technical requirements, and project deadlines. Requirements Strong practical experience with industry-standard 2D Digital Content Creation software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Solid understanding of illustration fundamentals, including composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, and visual storytelling. Ability to create assets from concept to final production-ready state with minimal supervision. Good understanding of game art production workflows and pipelines. Ability to interpret and execute art direction accurately while maintaining quality and consistency. Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams. Good organizational and time-management skills. 3–5 years of professional experience in the game industry as a 2D Artist or equivalent role. Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and production-quality game assets. As a Project Manager Intern, you will support the production and development teams by helping to manage timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects Responsibilities Assisting in creating and updating project plans, schedules, and task trackers. Attending and documenting meetings (MoM, task assignments, status updates). Helping track task progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp. Communicating with cross-functional gangs (design, development, QA) to follow up on blockers and dependencies. Supporting the Producer/Project Manager in sprint planning and backlog grooming. Associate Game Producer (Gamification)
Responsibilities Balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Manage issues & risks associated with the project and help solving them. Able to handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. Manage project lifecycle, from the beginning of the Project until the closing of the Project. Coordinate the project plan, timeline, and activities with the development team of different disciplines: art, game design, technical, QA, and others. Monitor and track the Progress of the Project to ensure smooth execution. Provide regular updates on project progress to client and division. Maintain healthy Teamwork and Communication. Requirements Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the game or tech industry. Have project management certification (PMP, PSM or other relevant certification) is a big plus. Familiar with project management tools such as Notion, Miro, Git, and/or Figma.
