Talent Operations Intern

Responsibilities Assist the Performance Management at the operational level (gather, input, update data; document preparation; follow-up to related stakeholders. Act as moderator for internal sharing sessions and supports internal events. Perform HR and office administrative tasks, such as processing documents for BPJS, private health insurance, visa applications for business trips, team building, SKK, and SKMB. Assist recruitment activities, including updating candidate data, scheduling, and data extraction. Requirements Fresh graduate or final year university student, preferably from Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related majors. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 tools (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook). Good communication skills (reading, writing, and listening) with a proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately. Eager to learn and genuinely interested in the Human Resources (HR) field. Strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, and willingness to collaborate within a team. Plus point, for candidates who have basic data analysis skills and critical thinking abilities. Willing to work in a Hybrid setup (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH). Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3–6 months. What you get Paid internship fee.
