We’re looking for an experienced Creative Director (Copy-Based) to lead our Content & Creative team, shape big ideas, and turn strategy into impactful creative work across digital platforms. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the creative direction of content-driven campaigns, from ideation to execution. Translate business objectives and creative strategy into strong concepts, storytelling, and copy. Act as the main creative partner to strategy, account, and art teams. Develop integrated creative ideas for digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaign executions. Guide the team in copywriting, scripting, tone of voice, and content structure across formats (social, video, ads, brand assets). Ensure all creative outputs meet brand, strategic, and quality standards. Mentor and grow content team members (content writers, creatives). Review, refine, and elevate ideas before they go live or to clients. Stay ahead of trends in content, culture, platforms, and digital behavior. Support pitching processes with strong creative narratives and presentations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in creative/content roles, with 2+ years in a leadership or creative direction role. Strong background in copy-based creative direction. Proven capability in: Creative & content strategy Digital marketing & social media ecosystems Campaign ideation & storytelling Scriptwriting (short-form & long-form) Comfortable collaborating closely with Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams. Strong strategic thinking,  you understand why an idea works, not just how it looks. Experienced in mentoring and managing creative talents. Highly responsive, collaborative, and proactive. Able to balance creative freedom with business goals and timelines. Portfolio that shows impactful creative work, not just pretty looks. The Business Development role acts as a bridge between external market opportunities and internal capabilities, with a focus on identifying new revenue streams and supporting business growth. Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities. Identify, explore, and develop new business prospects through both inbound and outbound channels. Plan and execute business development strategies, including product or service diversification and customer retention initiatives. Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other external stakeholders. Lead or support contract negotiations and ensure agreements are implemented effectively. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product) to ensure successful execution of business initiatives. Drive innovation in products and services to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the market. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role. Able to adapt quickly to new situations and comfortable with multitasking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly curious, open-minded, and eager to learn new things. Willing to take on challenges, explore new ideas, and work collaboratively in a team. Results-oriented with a strong interest in sales and digital marketing.
