We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our growing team.You won’t just test the game — you will improve how we test the game. Responsibilities Testing & Validation Conduct functional, regression, smoke, compatibility, and exploratory testing. Validate new features, gameplay systems, and bug fixes. Reproduce, document, and track bugs with clear and actionable details. Ensure features meet design intent and do not break existing systems. Documentation & Test Assets Create, maintain, and improve test cases, and QA documentation. Identify missing coverage and propose additional test scenarios. Keep testing documentation clean, organized, and up to date. Process Improvement Evaluate existing QA workflows and propose improvements or new tools. Streamline testing processes to reduce friction and increase efficiency. Help establish QA best practices and testing standards across the team. Take initiative to solve problems without waiting for instructions. Collaboration Work closely with developers to ensure quality for the product. Provide clear feedback for improvements and potential risks. Communicate blockers, priorities, and quality concerns effectively. Requirements Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of QA experience in the video game industry. Strong understanding of game development pipelines. Ability to identify, isolate, and document bugs with high clarity. Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Ability to write clear test cases and scenarios. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. A proactive mindset: not just finding issues, but improving the way we test. Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments. Pluses: Experience in Game Engine. Knowledge of QA methodologies (risk-based testing, exploratory testing, regression strategy). Experience mentoring junior testers or helping standardize QA processes. Passion for games and understanding of player experience. Responsibilities Actively participate in reviewing process for any requirements and designs. Execute tests ranging from functional & non-functional evaluations to compliance checks.
