Project Manager Intern
As a Project Manager Intern, you will support the production and development teams by helping to manage timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Responsibilities Assisting in creating and updating project plans, schedules, and task trackers. Attending and documenting meetings (MoM, task assignments, status updates). Helping track task progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp. Communicating with cross-functional gangs (design, development, QA) to follow up on blockers and dependencies. Supporting the Producer/Project Manager in sprint planning and backlog grooming. Assisting with documentation, including risk logs, issue trackers, and feature summaries. Learning and applying project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Requirements Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Game Development, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable or eager to learn project management tools (Notion). Interest in game development, technology, or digital product management. Proactive and detail-oriented; willing to learn and adapt quickly. Willing to work in a hybrid environment in Bandung (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH). What you get Paid internship fee. Game Producer
Responsibilities Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the game or tech industry. Have project management certification (PMP, PSM or other relevant certification) is a big plus. Strong knowledge of game or software development life cycle. Ability to delegate tasks effectively, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative team environment. Familiar with project management tools such as Notion, Miro, Git, and/or Figma. Excellent communication and coordination capabilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal team and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Experience in managing client expectations, gathering requirements, and providing regular project updates. Ability to work in a fast-paced Environment. Passionate about the Game Industry. Requirements Balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Manage issues & risks associated with the project and help solve them. Able to handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. Manage project lifecycle, from the beginning of the Project until the closing of the Project. Coordinate the project plan, timeline, and activities with the development team of different disciplines: art, game design, technical, QA, and others. Monitor and track the Progress of the Project to ensure smooth execution. Provide regular updates on project progress to client and division. Maintain healthy Teamwork and Communication.
