Game Porting Producer

Responsibilities Lead and mentor Associate Producers, supporting their growth and ensuring consistent project delivery across the team. Oversee and coordinate multiple game projects involving cross-disciplinary teams: technical, game design, art, QA. Ensure all projects are delivered within the agreed budget, schedule, and quality standards. Drive process and operational improvements for the production department, including pipeline enhancements, documentation, and production tools (e.g., Notion, Jira) Maintain and improve team communication, collaboration, and overall production health. Support division-level operations such as manpower planning, resource allocation, hiring, onboarding, and divisional reporting. Assess incoming projects and contribute to planning and decision-making at the division level. Assist other departments (talent, marketing, business, etc.) on development-related matters when needed. Act as a primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear, professional communication regarding project progress, requirements, and updates. Requirements Strong passion for gaming and solid knowledge of games and the game industry. Experience in project or production management within the digital industry (software, game, animation, or related fields). Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide, mentor, and coordinate a production team. Understanding of how games are made and the ability to identify production needs, risks, and priorities. Good familiarity with console gaming (PlayStation, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch), or a willingness and ability to quickly learn platform-specific concepts for modern consoles. Comfortable reading and understanding technical documentation, especially platform guidelines, SDK documentation, and technical requirements for console compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English. Strong task prioritization and decision-making skills. Able to work under pressure, manage tight schedules, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to maintain strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset with initiative to drive improvements across projects, teams, and production operations.
