The Finance Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Finance department. This role is designed to assist the team in maintaining organized financial records and ensuring the smooth flow of documentation between departments. It is an ideal entry-level opportunity for an individual to observe and support the foundational workflows of a corporate finance environment. Responsibilities Systematically organize, scan, and archive financial records, including invoices, contracts, and payment documents, to ensure audit readiness. Assist in reviewing physical and digital payment vouchers to ensure all required supporting documents and signatures are present and valid. Assist with routing financial documents for approval across departments. Assist the team in retrieving specific documents and preparing folders for internal or external review. Game Tester Intern (Porting)
Responsibilities Actively participate in reviewing process for any requirements and designs. Execute tests ranging from functional & non-functional evaluations to compliance checks. Talent Operations Intern
Responsibilities Handle operational end-to-end internship recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling, conducting structured interviews, and recruitment reporting using predefined guidelines and evaluation criteria. Operate within an ATS and automation-based system; follow SOPs precisely and ensure all status updates and triggers are correct. Prepare and process HR administrative tasks (BPJS, insurance, visa documents, SKK, SKMB, and other related employee documents). Accurately manage candidate and employee data, including digital filing and documentation, using designated systems and step-by-step processes. Gather, input, and update HR-related data with high accuracy; process datasets using Excel (basic–intermediate) and create simple reports or summaries. Proactively assist internal HR programs, people operations, and team-related activities as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally in structured settings with relevant stakeholders; follow up on pending tasks and report risks, delays, or issues early. Responsibilities Support the art team in implementing and optimizing assets in the game engine. Assist in creating or improving tools that speed up art production workflows. Requirements Basic understanding of Unreal Engine. Familiarity with 3D Asset workflows (modeling, texturing, importing).
