Responsibilities Assist in creating 3D game-ready assets: work on High Poly model, Low Poly model, UV map, and Texture set. Deliver work on time and according to schedule. Digest direction, participate, and engage with another team member to stay current on the scope and understanding of the project. Multitask effectively, prioritize competing demands, and follow through on details. Requirements Familiarity with 3D digital content creation software (Blender, ZBrush, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.).You need to adapt to ZBrush and Blender for the production pipeline in Agate. Able to create good quality 3D model for the characters, their equipment, props, etc. Able to digest and break down 3D model execution from concept art and lead/chief/director’s direction. Able to create good quality textures using software like Substance Painter. A proactive communicator, willing to give and receive constructive feedback. Entry-level familiarity with 3D art in the context of game development is preferable. Prior involvement in academic or personal 3D projects is a plus. 2D Artist Intern

Responsibilities Following the supervisor & art lead’s instructions regarding training & on-the-job training tasks. Work with team members to achieve excellent & pleasing visual quality and integrate them into game products. Create game-ready 2D Assets (illustration, UI elements, and 2D visual effects). Create UI to satisfy the game’s interaction design needs. Create visual effects to polish the game’s feel & look. Requirements Basic proficiency in digital art production for 2D Game Art (concept, illustration, 2D animation, and UI). Familiar with both raster & vector images workflow. Good artistic sense & observation skills. Good communication skills, self-motivated. Familiarity with Spine, Adobe Illustrator, or Blender is a plus. Game Designer Intern

Responsibilities Define design problem statement based on interaction with product manager and/or users. Research and concept the solution to answer the problem statement (could be a new feature, experience, etc.) Communicate your design to other roles using suitable media: writing, sketching, wireframe, etc. Work with other development roles (programmers, artists) to turn the concepts into reality. Add contents inside the product as required. Perform game balancing. Requirements Highly interested in the game industry, proven by relevant experience such as creating their own game, learning about game design, or staying up-to-date with the industry trends. Highly interested in human-centered design. Able to self-lead and collaborate effectively with other development roles. Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Confident in one’s ability to make design decisions while also considering feedback. Able to use relevant prototyping tools (such as game engine, Figma, etc) is a plus. Responsibilities Actively participate in the reviewing process for any requirements and designs. Execute tests ranging from functional and non-functional evaluations to compliance checks. Communicate and collaborate with developers to ensure product quality meets acceptable standards. Generate insightful reports to communicate findings. Assist the QA lead in organizing tests to ensure adequate coverage. Requirements Willing to Work from the Office (WFO) in Agate HQ. Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and software/game testing methodologies. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Proficient in English reading and writing.
