Corporate Communication Staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital communications role.
  • Proven experience in corporate communication, PR, or a related role.
  • Practical project and time management skills, with a particular focus on planning, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines, with proven experience in content management.
  • Strong understanding of media operations and social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in content management systems and social media analytics tools.

Additional Considerations:

  • Experience in the PR/Digital agency sector or a similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Having experience in Internal Communication will be an added plus.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Corporate Communications Manager in implementing the company’s holistic communication strategy, including below but not limited to:

Internal Communication

  • Facilitate effective internal communication creation to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Develop internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication tools to articulate key messages.

Social Media Management

  • Develop social media strategy and reports, including managing content calendars and scheduling across corporate communication digital channels (social media, website, and newsletters).
  • Monitor trends and audience engagement and provide detailed analyses of the company’s website and social media activities to gauge the effectiveness of its digital communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

Media Relations and Industry Participation

  • Monitoring media coverage of events and media releases and creating press clippings, including industry and trend updates.
  • Updating media database and regular update on media list after media events.
  • Develop press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that can elevate the company’s industry standing.
