As a Corporate Communication Officer, you will be part of Agate’s Corporate team, driving how our company is seen by the public, partners, and our community. You will play a role in shaping Agate’s brand story across media, owned channels, and corporate relations initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about communications, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the gaming and creative industry.
Responsibilities
Media Relations & Events
- Build and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relations with media, government, and other public stakeholders.
- Manage media engagement: arranging interviews, maintaining the media database, preparing briefs/story pitches, and creating press releases (including media kits).
- Monitor and analyze media coverage related to company activities, events, and announcements.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, serving as liaison with third-party vendors/partners.
Social Media Management
- Collaborate with the Creative Production team to produce engaging social media content highlighting Agate’s branding, services, and products.
- Monitor digital trends and audience engagement, providing reports and insights to evaluate communication effectiveness.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, while adapting to audience expectations.
Corporate Relations
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that strengthen Agate’s industry presence.
- Coordinate corporate merchandise and hampers requests by collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, branding, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of media operations and social media platforms.
- Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- High ownership, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
