Responsibilities
- Assist the Performance Management at the operational level (gather, input, update data; document preparation; follow-up to related stakeholders.
- Act as moderator for internal sharing sessions and supports internal events.
- Perform HR and office administrative tasks, such as processing documents for BPJS, private health insurance, visa applications for business trips, team building, SKK, and SKMB.
- Assist recruitment activities, including updating candidate data, scheduling, and data extraction.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final year university student, preferably from Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related majors.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 tools (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good communication skills (reading, writing, and listening) with a proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately.
- Eager to learn and genuinely interested in the Human Resources (HR) field.
- Strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, and willingness to collaborate within a team.
- Plus point, for candidates who have basic data analysis skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Willing to work in a Hybrid setup (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH).
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
