Project Manager Intern

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Game Producer to ensure project objectives and team efforts are aligned.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams, including Designers, Programmers, Artists, and Quality Assurance personnel, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
  • Help create, maintain, and update project schedules, milestones, and task assignments to keep the project on track.
  • Aid in effective communication strategies among team members and stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent project updates and feedback loops.
  • Support resource allocation efforts, including human resources, technical devices, and tools, ensuring optimal deployment based on project needs.
  • Identify potential risks and collaborate with the Lead Producer and senior management to propose solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Coordinate the collection and integration of testing and feedback from internal and external sources to improve project outputs continually.
  • Monitor and help manage the project budget, ensuring expenditures align with financial forecasts and project goals.
  • Address and help resolve conflicts and challenges within the team or between stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
