Talent Operations Intern
Responsibilities Handle operational end-to-end internship recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling, conducting structured interviews, and recruitment reporting using predefined guidelines and evaluation criteria. Operate within an ATS and automation-based system; follow SOPs precisely and ensure all status updates and triggers are correct. Prepare and process HR administrative tasks (BPJS, insurance, visa documents, SKK, SKMB, and other related employee documents). Accurately manage candidate and employee data, including digital filing and documentation, using designated systems and step-by-step processes. Gather, input, and update HR-related data with high accuracy; process datasets using Excel (basic–intermediate) and create simple reports or summaries. Proactively assist internal HR programs, people operations, and team-related activities as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally in structured settings with relevant stakeholders; follow up on pending tasks and report risks, delays, or issues early. Requirements Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage data and tasks with high accuracy. Able to follow step-by-step written instructions, SOPs, and workflows precisely. Able to focus for extended periods on operational and data-heavy tasks. Able to communicate clearly and professionally (written & verbal) with relevant stakeholders in a structured setting. Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership of tasks. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 tools (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook). Fresh graduate or final year university student, preferably from Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related majors Highly motivated to learn and genuinely interested in the Human Resources field, especially recruitment and organizational development. Willing to work in a Hybrid setup (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH) Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months. Pluses Prior experience in recruitment, HR operations, or administrative roles (internship, part-time, or project-based). Basic to intermediate data analysis skills (Excel formulas, Pivot Table, data cleaning, etc.). Familiar with ATS or structured workflow systems. What you get Paid internship fee.
