Office Facilities

Being comfortable at work is one of our goals, so we strive to make improvements and meet the crew’s needs.

Agate’s HQ has three floors in total, which consist of meeting rooms with various capacities, a cafeteria, an outdoor area, a lobby, an auditorium, and a recreation room to support our crew’s activities. Additionally, we provide free lunch, where crews can choose from a regular or vegetarian menu.

Questing Room

Agate refers to the rooms where crews work as “Questing Rooms.” These rooms are located on the third floor and are divided by department. In it, we provide PCs, projectors, and whiteboards for brainstorming sessions.

Meeting Room

We have meeting rooms with various capacities. VIP meetings, monthly reporting, personalized 1on1 sessions, we have it all.

Communal Space

We provide original license facilities for adobe apps, unity, unreal, and other supporting apps. In addition, we provide internet reimbursement for Agate’s Crew in the pandemic. All of Agate’s Crew can be requested with the terms and conditions applicable.

Other Facilities

Agate offers amenities for its crew members, including a studio for broadcasting and recording purposes, a pantry equipped with a coffee machine, a shuttle service available for crew members residing far from the office, a gym, and a gaming lounge equipped with PS5, and a variety of board games that crews can play outside working hours. Additionally, Agate also provides original licensing facilities for various supporting apps such as Adobe, Unity, Unreal, and other supporting software.

All of these amenities are available to Agate’s crew members, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
