We’re looking for a Jr. Talent Operations to run our end-to-end recruitment process and keep our people operations running smoothly. You’ll own hiring process, from job posting all the way through a new hire’s first day and take care of the administrative backbone that keeps our Talent team organized, from employee records, contracts, to HR program support.
This is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, enjoys structure, and wants hands-on ownership of both recruitment and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time, contract, and internship hires. From posting vacancies and screening CVs, to coordinating technical tests and interviews, through offer and onboarding.
- Maintain our talent pool and reach out to matching candidates when new roles open.
- Keep candidate and vacancy records accurate and up to date in our ATS recruitment system and prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, interviewers, and internal team (e.g. Office Team and IT) to keep every hiring process moving smoothly and on schedule, and to prepare accounts, devices, and other needs ahead of a new hire’s first day.
HR Operations & Support
- Manage internal HR trackers and/or databases, including but not limited to employee data, contracts, and other Talent Department documentation with accuracy, systematically, and confidentiality.
- Act as first point of contact for Talent Ops requests. Handle HR administrative processes such as insurance/benefits administration, offboarding, reimbursements, and policy documentation.
- Support the administration and documentation of grievance procedures and/or employee relations matters as needed.
- Support HR programs (e.g., employee performance review cycles, well-being surveys, culture initiatives) with documentation, data updates, tracking, and reminders.
- Coordinate with external parties and vendors on Talent-related operational needs.
- Proactively follow up on pending tasks and flag potential risks, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and/or HR operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records, trackers, databases and documentation with confidentiality.
- Hands-on experience running recruitment processes end-to-end (sourcing through onboarding handoff).
- Able to assess candidate profiles objectively and match them against role and business requirements.
- Comfortable interacting with different people and able to build professional rapport with candidates and other related employees.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian employment contract types, labour law, and regulations is a strong plus.
- Able to follow structured workflows, SOPs, and instructions accurately, while proactively spotting ways to improve them.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with recruitment/HR systems is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Bandung.
