User Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and optimize our paid user acquisition campaigns that drive new players across Agate’s mobile games

  • Work with Product Manager and Marketing Lead to develop strategies and tactics that drive mobile game installs and overall player growth while continuously improving acquisition costs

  • Provide strategic direction that is aligned with marketing goals

  • Identify the optimal media mix that best supports each game’s marketing objectives

  • Provide key insights and recommendations that inform creative asset direction, store asset iterations, and A/B testing

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive trends, UA best practices, key mobile gaming trends, and ASO strategies

  • Help plan and recommend UA budgets, KPI goals, and targeting criteria for both pre-production titles and live-service games

 

Administrative Requirements

  • Able to work full-time at Agate Studio HQ (Bandung, Indonesia)
  • Must not currently active in school or college

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of managing performance-based marketing for a mobile game company or mobile ad agency

  • Expert knowledge on mobile ad buying, ad networks and exchanges

  • Proven data analysis and advanced Excel skills

  • Strong ability to identify, adjust and optimize campaigns based on data analysis and intuition that help support top line revenue growth

  • Experience working with UA tools that track performance, attribution, and cost

  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and the ability to provide clear recommendations to Product Manager and Marketing Lead

  • Understanding of mobile gaming, live-service operations and free-to-play is a major plus
