Customer Relationship Management Intern

Internship Period: 3 Months 

We are looking for intern who has bright personality, excellent communication skills and administration. You will help the Success Management Unit in driving B2B’s success product,

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help maintaining database and documentation
  • Support customers on responding complaints and solving problems with our products

Administrative Requirements :

  • Internship period lasts for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Able to work from home and work from office if needed (not everyday, with health protocol)
  • Have your own laptop (provided with stable internet connections, webcam and headset/mic)

Requirements :

  • Have passion in Game Industry, Basic administration skill (Ms Office).

  • Excellent and structured communication skill, verbal and written.
