Customer Relation Officer Intern

Internship Period: 3 Months
Job Description :
- Handle a communication (via call, email, Linkedin, or others) with our current client for gathering feedback and data
- Update our current lead database
- Closely collaborate with Gamification Consultant, B2B Business Admin, and others
Administrative Requirements :
- Have a good communication skill in both written and speech
- Have experience in client services
- Proficiency in MS office, and willing to learn Sharepoint
- Have a critical thinking skill to solve difficult problems
- Able to keep emotions in difficult situations
- Have a good understanding of B2B business
- Have knowledge in learning and development is a plus
