Customer Relation Officer Intern

Internship Period: 3 Months

Job Description :

  • Handle a communication (via call, email, Linkedin, or others) with our current client for gathering feedback and data
  • Update our current lead database
  • Closely collaborate with Gamification Consultant, B2B Business Admin, and others

Administrative Requirements :

  • Have a good communication skill in both written and speech
  • Have experience in client services
  • Proficiency in MS office, and willing to learn Sharepoint
  • Have a critical thinking skill to solve difficult problems
  • Able to keep emotions in difficult situations
  • Have a good understanding of B2B business
  • Have knowledge in learning and development is a plus
