Business Admin


As a business admin, you will be involved in ensuring smooth business administration in Agate strategic partnership project(s). You will be responsible in maintaining the operational rhythm, such as preparing reports, ensuring all data are aggregated, writing Minutes of Meeting (MoM), keeping and organizing documents, providing execution supports for initiative leads, as well as handling budget report.

Administrative Requirements

  • Not currently active in school or college
  • Able to work full-time at Agate HQ (Summarecon Gedebage Bandung, Indonesia)


  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced nature of start-up company
  • Comfortable to communicate in English, especially reading and writing
  • Basic understanding on accounting
  • Passionate about game or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
