  • Lead & direct account manager team to achieve target revenue
  • Formulate enterprise sales strategy
  • Bridge Agate expertises to solution strategy for target clients
  • Continuously improve sales process & sales team

Administrative Requirements

  • Must not currently active in school or college
  • Able to work full-time at Agate (stationed in Jakarta, Indonesia)


  • Had minimum 5 years experience leading sales/business development /account management team in tech industry (software, game, animation, or comic), conventional industry (event organizer, contractor), or other organization (NGO, academic).
  • Able to track & use CRM accurately
  • Great communication skills, written and oral, both in Indonesian and English.
  • Have great problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
  • Have passion in the game industry and digital industry as a whole
  • Able to work in flexible & extended work hours.


  • Previous experience working in reputable consulting firm/tech company
  • Experience of securing single project revenue of more than USD1 million
  • Have broad network of corporate decision maker, covering marketing department & HR department in various industries
  • Have technical knowledge in software development
