Part-Time Talent Administrator

The Talent Administrator will contribute to the recruitment and administrative processes within our organization. This position involves daily tasks related to candidate screening, conducting interviews, and following up with candidates. Additionally, the role includes various administrative responsibilities such as drafting documents, managing insurance and benefits, and overseeing intern activities.

The Talent Administrator will ensure the smooth operation of these processes, contributing to the recruitment team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.

This position only work 5 hours per day (10 AM – 4 PM) with 1 hour of break.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Screening and Interview Support: Collaborate with recruiters to assist in screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and preparing interview reports.
  • Internship Program Management: Oversee the entire internship recruitment process, from posting vacancies to onboarding new interns.
  • BPJS and Insurance Administration: Manage all administrative and operational tasks related to BPJS and private insurance, including registration, deactivation, and handling reimbursements.
  • General Administrative Duties: Perform various other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the department.

Requirement

  • Have graduated from college with a degree in Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
  • Interest in recruitment and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic work environment.
