Responsibilities
Responsible for comprehensive support of Agate’s NFT game project with a focus on social media handling and community growth
Reply and respond to messages and comments on the project’s social platform such as Twitter, Facebook, – Instagram, Discord, Reddit or other assigned channels
Implement community strategies or any activities to engage the online community together with Growth and Marketing team
Help to develop and execute the team’s initiatives to grow the community and expand the community channels in accordance to the product brief
Identify and utilize other project’s communities for specific product needs
Requirements
- You have an outstanding communication skill in English, both written and verbal. Additional language is a plus
- Knowledge or experience in NFT or blockchain community is a plus
- Able to communicate easily in English a clear and friendly manner
- You must be a people person and enjoy interacting with others. You will be constantly engaging with users, also with colleagues from other departments
- Able to delineate between product and personal POVs when communicating with users
- You will be working remotely, so, personal laptop or PC is needed
