- Create high-quality 3D models and textures for characters, environments, and props.
- Set the development of 3D art pipeline standard (e.g. keep up to date with the latest 3D tools & techniques).
- Coach fellow artists and establish their career path as well.
- Collaborate with fellow artists to create rigs and animations.
- Collaborate with fellow artists, producers, programmers, and designers to produce 3D assets & integrate them to final playable product.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, either as 3D Artist or Illustrator, in gaming or tech industry.
- Have portfolio, such as games or products launched / released.
- Good understanding in art fundamentals, artistic culture, and art history.
- Familiar with game workflows and project pipelines.
- Familiar with 3D software, such as Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.
- Exposure in setting up rigs to static 3D model would be a plus.
- Exposure in creating 3D animation would be a plus.
- Good communication and leadership skill.
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Passion for gaming and having strong knowledge about games and game arts.
- Willing to WFO / hybrid in our office in Bandung, West Java.
