Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, and control the utilization of the company’s financial resources.
- Perform basic analysis of company financial performance on a regular basis.
- Assist in company budget & cost control and evaluation.
- Reconcile budget to payment accounts ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payments, etc.
- Process account and payment requests in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions and accounts payable data.
- Make journal entries.
- Support the month-end process for Financial Report.
Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Max. 2 years experience as finance & accounting staff. Fresh graduates with internship experience and strong accounting & finance acumen are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate financial perspective and insight to stakeholders at any level.
- Good understanding of Internal Controls.
- Solid interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and strong analytical mind.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Tax is a must, and Brevet A & B is a big plus.
- Having knowledge of Accounting Systems (Accurate, Journal, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
- Willing to WFO / hybrid work in Bandung.
