We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will run the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placing candidates for mid-senior level at company. This role will focus on hiring top creative talent and have a significant influence and impact on the delivery of recruiting services to our business.
- Manage recruitment pipeline, focusing on fill in key vacant positions, candidate’s engagement, recruitment strategies, and improving databases to bring the best talent to each role.
- Create a proper or polishing recruitment flow for headhunting and hiring middle management & senior-executive level
- Act as a recruitment consultant and headhunter
- Collaborate closely with users throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Make sure the recruitment/job opening request is match with company’s needs and the offering matches with our grading system and salary scale
- There will be some administrative tasks involved such as creating/updating database and interview arrangement.
- Assist in identifying best practices & recruitment processes for regular recruitment improvements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Required years of experience ranging from at least 3 years to 5 years of total working experience in recruitment/headhunting
- Experience as a recruiter in a Game Industry or headhunting company is a big plus
- Experience handling and communicating with senior/managerial/executive level
