Community Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the community management strategies to grow and expand the community channels in accordance with the product brief.

  • Create and manage the community overall marketing strategies, including but not limited to social media content planning and social campaigning.

  • Act as the brand or product’s representative in social platform such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit and any other online / offline communities.

  • Maintain the information exchange between the community and the product management.

  • Plan, implement, and oversee events or any activities to engage the community, both online (in-game) and offline together with Live Operation and Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of related work / project experience in community, event, or social media roles. Fresh graduates from relevant majors are also welcomed to apply.

  • Excellent in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

  • Have a positive and well-maintained personal social media account would be a plus.

  • Able to work in a fast-pace environment.

  • Passion for gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.

  • Willing to WFO / hybrid in our office in Bandung, West Java..
