He founded Mitra Mandiri Informatika in 1994, and became partners with tech giants such as Oracle and IBM, where he would later hold a leadership position for 10 years. With his education in IT industry and intellectual property rights coupled with leadership experiences, he mentored various business in their early startup stage. Hari had also influenced Indonesia’s creative industry through his role in Masyarakat Industri Kreatif Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi Indonesia (MIKTI), ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Award Indonesia, and Badan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia (Bekraf).
