- Lead & direct account manager team to achieve target revenue

- Continuously improve sales process & sales team
- Must not currently active in school or college
- Able to work full-time at Agate (stationed in Jakarta, Indonesia)
- Had minimum 5 years experience leading sales/business development /account management team in tech industry (software, game, animation, or comic), conventional industry (event organizer, contractor), or other organization (NGO, academic).
- Able to track & use CRM accurately
- Great communication skills, written and oral, both in Indonesian and English.
- Have great problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Have passion in the game industry and digital industry as a whole
- Able to work in flexible & extended work hours.
- Previous experience working in reputable consulting firm/tech company
- Experience of securing single project revenue of more than USD1 million
- Have broad network of corporate decision maker, covering marketing department & HR department in various industries
- Have technical knowledge in software development
