Partner Development Manager


  • Build B2B partner network for HR and Marketing Solution market in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia:
    • Acquire new partners for selling Agate products & services to corporates
    • Maintain relationship with existing partners and keep them up to date of Agate products & services and portfolio
    • Maintain awareness of Agate to potential partners
  • Assist B2B partner in their pre-sales activity of Agate products:
    • Gather requirement from partner
    • Provide budget and timeline estimation to partner


  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Enjoy talking with new people and networking in business events
  • Good English proficiency
  • Good common sense and logical thinking
  • Strong logical thinking

Administrative Requirements

  • Must not currently active in school or college
  • Able to work full-time at Jakarta


  • Having education background / experience in game / software development is a plus point
