Account Executive for Game Dev Outsourcing


  • Pre-sales activities to game companies from overseas (mainly US, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore):
  • Develop & maintain list of target game companies
  • Routine follow up with target game companies (e.g. routine check, update portfolio, etc.)
  • Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities
  • Present about Agate and our game development outsourcing services to clients
  • Maintain good understanding of clients and their business strategies
  • Generating ways to attract new clients
  • Follow up on incoming inquiries
  • Identify needs from clients
  • Develop proposal and quotation for clients (may need liaising with studio team)
  • Close deal
  • Communicate detail of project to project manager before kickoff
  • Liaise communication between project manager and client
  • Ensure clients pay on time
  • Maintain client’s satisfaction
  • Marketing activities for game development outsourcing
  • Develop & maintain credential presentation & portfolio for Game Development Outsourcing
  • Assist on Agate’s participation to relevant marketing exhibitions


  • Passionate in game development and game industry
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English
  • A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner
  • Good common sense and logical thinking
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise

Administrative Requirements

  • Must not currently active in school or college
  • Able to work full-time at Agate Studio HQ (Bandung, Indonesia)


  • Previous experience working in the game development industry
